A 27-year-old man was transported by helicopter to Oregon Health Sciences University after receiving critical head injuries in an ATV crash early Sunday morning.
Craig Novak was listed in critical condition at OHSU Monday morning.
Sweet Home Police Chief Bob Burford said. Following the crash, he was transported by REACH Air Medical Services to Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis and then to OHSU.
