Jennifer Barber recently received the Battalion Family Coordinator award for her work with families of soldiers in the Army National Guard 141st Support Battalion in Portland. Barber’s husband, Terry, is a Captain in the National Guard and is currently working on a computer project. Barber was the unit’s family programs coordinator from September 1999-October 2002.
