Linn County recovered, on Jan. 2, the body of a Lebanon man who had been reported missing.
Clarence Cummings Bates, 87, of 42181 McDowell Creek Dr. had been reported missing on New Year’s Day at about 11 p.m., Linn County Sgt. Kevin Greene said. “He left the house and they expected him to go to Sweet Home.”
