La Pine came out on top, 75-68, in a back-and-forth struggle in Sweet Home on Jan. 24.
The Huskies led 22-15 after the first quarter, but La Pine erased the advantage and led 41-39 at halftime. The Huskies recaptured the lead in the third, ending the quarter 56-53, but La Pine came back with a 10-point swing over the Huskies in the fourth.

The two teams kept a tight race through the first half, with Sweet Home leading 21-19 after one quarter and Elmira leading 35-34 at halftime. Elmira opened its lead up in the third, leading 61-53 by the end of the quarter.
