Selena Etzel and Bradley Emmert have announced their engagement to marry on July 8.
Etzel is the daughter of Jim and Gwen Etzel of Stayton. She graduated from Regis High School in 2002 and College of Hair Design Careers in Salem in 2004. She is employed by Hair Haven in Salem.
Emmert is the son of Doug and Peggy Emmert of 2015 Elm St. He is a 2001 graduate of Sweet Home High School and 2005 graduate of Oregon State University, with a degree in history. He graduated with his master’s in teaching from Willamette University in 2006. He is a student teacher at South Salem High School.
