The number of permits issued within contract cities by the Linn County Planning & Building Department in the first half of the 2021-22 fiscal year is more than the previous year, Alyssa Boles told the Linn County Board of Commissioners Tuesday, Jan. 11.
Boles said the number of city-based permits more than doubled from 32 in November to 74 in December.
