Firefighters spray a burning house in the 43200 block of Ames Creek Road during a burn-to-learn training exercise Saturday morning. During the training, firefighters start and extinguish fires before finishing by burning the building to the ground. The house was owned by Ival McCollum, who plans to build a new one at the location.
