What took up most of the City Council’s time during their regular meeting on Aug. 25 was finalizing a decision concerning a water bill dispute from a local business.
During the Aug. 11 council meeting, City Manager Jason Ogden informed councilors about an ongoing issue with John Suh, owner of Lucky’s Deli, concerning an apparent leak on the business side of the water line and rising, unpaid water bills resulting from the leak.
