The applications for the Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce 2004 awards are available at the Chamber of Commerce located at 1575 Main Street in Sweet Home or by contacting Carla Claasen at 541-367-6186.
The Chamber will accept nominations for First Citizen, Jr. First Citizen, BPW Women of the Year, Distinguished Citizen and Business of the Year.
The annual awards banquet will be held on February 12, 2005.
