For the Oeder family, celebrating their Scottish heritage has been a part of life for more than a dozen years.
Todd Oeder of Clan Donnachaidh (pronounced donna-key) put his first kilt on for a family wedding in 1989.
Since then, he started attending festivals but “I haven’t gotten as serious as some of these people about it,” Todd said. “I enjoy watching people express themselves with traditional dress” and activities.
