Charles Vernon Parrish, 77, of Sweet Home died March 31, 2011 at his home.
He was born Feb. 21, 1934 in Anniston, Ala., to Eddie Lee and Lillian Beatrice Parrish.
After high school Mr. Parrish entered the U.S. Air Force, where he worked as a mechanic. He and longtime friend Jean Clark married in June of 1973 and moved to Sweet Home. They moved away from Sweet Home…
