Charlie McDaniel, 68, of Sweet Home died May 9, 2006.
He was born Jan. 21, 1938 in Mayer, Ariz., to parents John and Essie McDaniel. Charlie really enjoyed teaching and working on cars with his children and other members of his family. He was a great dad. He liked teasing and telling jokes and was said to also enjoy arguing politics.
Mr. McDaniel is survived by his wife, Darlene McDaniel; children, Debbie McDaniel, Sharon Larkin, Darlene McDaniel, Tammy McDaniel, Johnny McDaniel, Colt McDaniel, Shane McDaniel, Christy McDaniel, Shirley Taylor and Patricia Helm; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Billie Jo Larkin, Audrey McFarland, sister and brother-in-law Betty and Joe Willcutt, and brother Jack McDaniel.
Charlie was preceded in death by brother Oliver McDaniel, sisters Doris McDaniel and Patsy Monroe and parents John and Essie McDaniel
