She was born March 20, 1941 in Scappoose to Hans and Anna M. (Westra) Boer.
When she was a child she moved with her family to the Holley area. Charlotte has lived in the same house in Sweet Home since 1963.
Charlotte was a housewife and loved picking beans, filberts and walnuts with her kids…
