Cheer state placewinners

Sweet Home’s stunt cheer squad took fourth place at the 2010 Allstate Cheer Competition Nov. 20 at Springfield High School. The group, which includes three freshmen, competed at the 1A-4A level. Individually, Taylor Thorpe finished third, winning a $400 scholarship, while freshman Mariah Morneault was fifth, winning a $200 scholarship.
