James Nathan Brown, 41, charged April 16 with criminal driving while suspended, and fleeing or attempting to elude.
Ashton T. Fox, 26, charged April 20 with DV – assault IV.
Kraig James Fox, 39, sentenced April 14 to one year revocation of a drivers license, 37 mos. prison, 60 days jail and two years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief II, assault III, and fleeing or attempting to elude. Dismissed: fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to perform duties of driver – injured persons, failure to perform duties of driver – property damage, reckless driving and criminal trespass II.
Charges in a separate case of reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude were dismissed with prejudice.
Caleb Rosburg Fry, 40, sentenced April 16 to 18 years and nine mos. prison, 10 years post-prison supervision after a jury found him guilty of three counts of sexual abuse I involving a female under age 14. A fourth count of the same charge was acquitted.
Steven Dean Harrison, 30, sentenced April 16 to five days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 24 mos. bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to harassment. Dismissed: strangulation, coercion and menacing.
Eric Ray Harvey, 53, charged April 20 to10 days jail and 24 mos. supervised probation after pleading no contest to reckless burning, criminal mischief II and unlawful possession of meth. Dismissed: arson II.
Makenzie Kay Mayer, 37, charged April 14 with DUII (liquor).
Jordan Thomas Nixon, 25, sentenced April 13 to five days compensatory service in lieu of jail and 18 mos. supervised probation after pleading no contest to burglary II. Dismissed: theft III.
Travis Earl Pressey, 47, charged April 17 with felon in possession of a firearm.
Bobby James Rand, 43, charged April 17 with DV – assault IV.
Sean Ever Robinson, 42, charged April 16 with robbery III, theft II and harassment. Bail set at $10,000.
Jason Andrew Christopher Daniel Scott, 38, sentenced April 15 to 270 days jail after pleading no contest to assault IV. Dismissed: reckless driving, criminal mischief II, DWS and FTA. In a separate case, he was sentenced to nine mos. prison, two years post-prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to felon in possession of a firearm. Dismissed: unlawful use of a weapon.
Paige Leann Wombacher, 25, placed in diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .09% BAC.
