Teresa Elaine Buchanan, 54, sentenced March 26 to one year suspension of a drivers license, 30 days jail, 24 mos. bench probation, and $1,255 in fines and fees after a jury found her guilty of DUII (liquor), failure to perform duties of driver – property damage, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and criminal mischief II.
Judith Cid-Pena, 33, charged March 25 with DUII (liquor).
Scotty Lee Foster, 43, placed in diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII.
Matthew David Graber, 42, sentenced March 23 to one year suspension of a drivers license, 240 hours jail, three years bench probation and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .12% BAC. Dismissed: reckless driving.
Phillip Sean Groce, 64, charged March 27 with two counts of DUII (liquor) and two counts of reckless driving.
Eric Ray Harvey, 53, charged March 30 with arson II, reckless burning, criminal mischief II and unlawful possession of meth. Charges allege he damaged Four Seasons Farm Market in Lebanon with fire or explosion. Security: $10,000.
Ethan Michael Hawk, 24, charged April 3 with DUII (liquor) and refusal to take a test for intoxicants.
In two cases, Scott Kevin Heinz, 38, was sentenced March 27 to lifelong revocation of a drivers license, 30 mos. prison, 24 mos. post-prison supervision, $1,000 fine, $828 restitution to victim, and drug or alcohol treatment after pleading no contest to DUII (controlled substances and/or cannabis) x2. Dismissed: criminal driving while suspended or revoked x2, reckless driving, criminal mischief II.
Robert Hernandez Jr., 48, charged March 24 with unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful entry into motor vehicle and theft III.
Daniel Lane Hodson, 52, sentenced March 26 to 15 mos. prison, two years post-prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unlawful possession of meth. Dismissed: delivery of meth.
Gavin D. Lefevre, 31, charged April 1 with DUII (liquor).
Bradley Marion Pugh, 42, sentenced March 23 to 18 mos. prison and two years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to aggravated harassment for spitting at a police officer.
Jeffrey Duane Alan Richter, 36, charged March 27 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
Brandi Lea Simmons, 30, sentenced April 3 to 15 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 24 mos. bench probation and a $100 fine after a jury found her guilty of theft II. Dismissed: burglary I.
Travis Trent Stach-Sells, 36, charged March 27 with unlawful delivery of meth, unlawful possession of meth, felon in possession of restricted weapon, and failure to carry or present license.
Robert Patrick Torstrom, 43, sentenced to three years suspension of a drivers license, 30 days jail, 48 mos. bench probation and a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .082% BAC, two counts assault IV, and criminal mischief II. Dismissed: two counts recklessly endangering another person.
