Samuel Frank Ayers, 24, entered a plea on July 19 of no contest to charges of felon in possession of a firearm and attempted unlawful delivery of cocaine. His sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 21.
Michael Anthony Giroux, 38, entered a no-contest plea on July 22 to 11 counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse for allegations of incidents dating between August 2021 and April 2022.
Jeromy Lewis Matlock, 37, was sentenced to $300 in fines for second-degree criminal trespassing, unlawful entry into a vehicle, and second-degree criminal mischief, for which he was found guilty.
Crystal Dawn Strickland, 32, pleaded guilty to identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and aggravated identity theft.
She was sentenced on July 22 to 42 months at the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision.
A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.
Aaron Thomas Halvorson, 44, posted 10% of a $50,000 bail on July 13, and failed to appear for a July 22 court date. A warrant has been issued. He is charged with menacing, fourth-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, fleeing or attempting to elude and reckless driving.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported that Halvorson was arrested after allegedly punching a woman and threatening her with a machete at Sunnyside Park. Spike strips were used to catch him during a pursuit following the incident.
The Linn County Circuit Court dismissed a case against Jacob Reginald Bliss, 47, for charges of second-degree assault, first-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree criminal mischief.
Andrew Mark Parker, 35, pleaded no contest on July 20 to unauthorized use of a vehicle and was sentenced to 18 months probation, 48 hours in jail and a one-year suspension of his driver’s license.
Nathan Warren Honeyman, 32, pleaded guilty on July 28 to DUII and was sentenced to suspension of his driver’s license for one year, two days in jail and 24 months bench probation. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.
Amy Lola Wingo, 47, pleaded no contest on July 28 to DUII and was placed in the diversion program.
Cory James Radley, 34, was charged July 19 with first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree sexual abuse for allegations regarding a minor under 14 years old. Bail was set at $300,000.
Paul Allen Conklin, 32, was charged July 20 with first-degree forgery, identity theft and failure to report as a sex offender. Security was set at $20,000 and $10,000.
Alex Levitsky, 38, was charged July 21 with four counts of aggravated harassment, second-degree attempted escape, first-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person.
According to court documents, it is alleged Levitsky threw feces at two deputies, a sergeant and a lieutenant. It is also alleged he attempted to escape a correctional facility and damaged a sprinkler head.
Security was set at $50,000.
Isaiah Thomas Yocum-Stucky, 21, was charged July 29 with third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. According to court documents, Yocum allegedly caused physical injury to a minor under 10 years old.
Security was set at $40,000.
