Warrants are out on the following individuals: Calvin Alvin Ames, Samuel Frank Ayers, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Ariel Shanea Kaping, Faron Walter Kennedy, Andrew Donald LeGore, Charles James Marvel, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Paul Levi Shelton, Zachary Shane Stegner and Cameron Michael Wark.
The state on Aug. 9 approved a motion to dismiss a first-degree theft charge against Joshua Scott Dawson, 44. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 20 days jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $200 fine based on a guilty plea to fourth-degree assault. In another separate case, he was sentenced to 15 days jail and 18 months supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to first-degree theft, with a second count of first-degree theft dismissed.
Christian Aaron Morris, 22, was sentenced July 28 to 150 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 10 years post-prison supervision based on no contest plea to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old. A charge of attempt to commit a Class B felony was dismissed.
The state dismissed without prejudice on Aug. 10 a charge of second-degree assault against Garland C. Richtsmeier, 55.
Garrett Reed Stevens, 44, was charged Aug. 7 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
