Circuit Court: Dec. 25, 2024

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Faron Walter Kennedy, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Joshua Martin Hughes, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Brian Lee Lindsay, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Joshua Alexander Williams.

 

A first degree criminal mischief charge against Raymond Larry Boda, 43, was dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced Dec. 17 to 90 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 36 months post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to second degree assault and no contest to tampering with a witness. Charges dismissed were: first degree assault, second degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of tampering with a witness.

 

Nathan Merle Maze, 46, was sentenced Dec. 18 to 25 days jail, 24 months supervised probation, and $200 in fines after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault and domestic violence menacing. A strangulation charge was dismissed.

 

Nicholas Nathan Nivision, 32, was sentenced Dec. 10 to five days compensatory service in lieu of jail, and 18 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault. A strangulation charge was dismissed. On Dec. 18 he was sentenced to 10 days jail after the court found he violated terms of his condition (18 months supervised probation for fourth degree assault).

 

The court dismissed without prejudice a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle against Richard Dean Raisor, 48, on Dec. 16.
