Belle Eden Anway, 18, placed in diversion program and fined $220 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.

 

Linnea Marie Baker, 57, charged Oct. 29 with criminal mistreatment I, theft I and four counts of aggravated theft I.

 

Kiah Brook Bearden-Coxen, 28, sentenced Dec. 15 to 20 days jail, 18 mos. supervised probation after pleading no contest to identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and FTA. Dismissed: fraudulent use of a credit card, unlawful entry into motor vehicle, FTA I.

 

Hailee Clark, 20, sentenced Dec. 12 to 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 36 mos. bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to assault IV.

 

James Raymond Robert Collins, 27, charged Dec. 26 with burglary I, aggravated harassment, attempted assault public safety officer, resisting arrest, DV attempted assault IV, three counts of harassment, attempted assault IV, menacing, criminal mischief II and disorderly conduct II.

 

Buzz Starr Dodson Jr., 28, sentenced Dec. 15 to 13 mos. with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and two years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to DV strangulation.

 

John Andrew Mance, 37, charged Dec. 22 with DUII (liquor), fail to perform duties of driver to injured persons, assault IV and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. He has been convicted twice (2016, 2018) with DUII. Bail set at $50,000.

 

Charges against Eric Wayne McKnight, 56, of tampering with physical evidence, attempted unlawful delivery of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of meth, attempted unlawful delivery of meth, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, attempted unlawful manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of heroin, attempted unlawful delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and attempted delivery of heroin were dismissed with prejudice. He is deceased.

 

Sarah Beth Moore, 39, charged Dec. 22 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving and assault IV.

 

Juan Dedios Ocon, 32, charged Dec. 11 with fail to report as a sex offender.

 

Patrick Savolt, 76, sentenced Dec. 19 to 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 24 mos. bench probation and a $500 fine after pleading guilty to two counts of assault IV.

 

Joseph Brock Umphress, 37, charged July 8 with DUII (liquor).
