Warrants are out on the following individuals: Robert Michael Butterfield, Hope Marie Connors, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Faron Walter Kennedy, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Eric Wayne Steadman, Dustin Lee Taylor, Joshua Alexander Williams.
Charges against Colton Robert Michael Rictor, 23, were dismissed on Nov. 20 after the case was determined “not a true bill.” Charges were second degree robbery, third degree assault and third degree theft.
Michael Todd Rosencrantz, 36, was sentenced Nov. 26 to 60 days jail, 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to unlawful use of a weapon, domestic violence fourth degree assault, and unlawful possession of a controlled Schedule II substance. Charges of strangulation and menacing were dismissed.
Richard Gene Stephens, 54, was sentenced Nov. 27 to one year revocation of a driver’s license, 30 days jail, five years supervised probation, and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle.
A charge of first degree criminal mischief against Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 27, was dismissed without prejudice on Nov. 26.
Shelly Marie Wagner, 41, was sentenced Nov. 27 to five days jail after pleading no contest to unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
