Warrants are out on the following individuals: Kristina Larizza Boswell, Bradley Allen Bowman, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Tyler Bruce Lanz, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, Thomas Elbridge Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Joshua Alexander Williams
Robert Michael Butterfield, 37, was sentenced Jan. 15 to 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections (concurrent to a previously imposed 18-month sentence on the same charge) and two years post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to failure to report as a sex offender. Charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear were dismissed.
Christopher Frances Ciullo, 39, was charged Feb. 4 with DUII (controlled substances).
Brian Lee Lindsay, 37, was sentenced Feb. 3 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, 20 days jail, 18 months supervised probation and $200 in fines after pleading no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude and failure to appear. A second count of eluding was dismissed.
Dakota Lee Phillips-Newport, 20, was sentenced Feb. 4 to 60 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to attempt to commit a Class B felony – first-degree sexual abuse victim under 12. Charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy were dismissed.
