Lewis Ralph Brown, 65, sentenced Feb. 11 to a $440 fine after pleading no contest to failure to report as sex offender.
Melissa Ann Dewar, 52, sentenced Feb. 6 to 18 mos. prison and one year post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to forgery I. Dismissed: identity theft, FTA.
Amos Daniel Guerrero, 30, sentenced Feb. 11 from two separate cases to 25 mos. prison, drug treatment program, and three years post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to unlawful possession of meth, felon in possession of firearm and possession of stolen vehicle. Dismissed: felon in possession of restricted weapon, reckless driving, unlawful possession of controlled substance – fentanyl, unlawful possession of meth, giving false info to police.
Brandin Martin Hugley, 38, charged Feb. 11 with theft I and three counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. Bail: $25,000.
Christopher Lee Hurt, 36, sentenced Feb. 13 to 90 days suspension of drivers license, 26 mos. prison and three years post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to burglary I, burglary II, felon in possession of a firearm, and fleeing or attempting to elude. Dismissed: six counts theft I, unlawful entry into motor vehicle, five counts felony in possession of firearm.
Catherine Loraine Moser, 55, charged Feb. 11 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Dustin James Phares, 43, sentenced Feb. 12 to 13 mos. prison and 24 mos. post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of meth. Dismissed: criminal trespass I.
Aric Cavel Simmons, 36, sentenced Feb. 10 to 18 mos. prison and 12 mos. post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to burglary II. Dismissed: criminal mischief II, theft III.
Caden Alexander Smith, 24, sentenced Feb. 6 to 19 mos. prison and two years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to unlawful use of a weapon. Dismissed: menacing, disorderly conduct II.
Russell Dale Truedson, 60, sentenced Feb. 13 to 90 days suspension of drivers license, five days jail, 18 mos. supervised probation and $300 restitution after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle. Dismissed: criminal mischief II, FTA.
