Warrants are out on the following individuals: Kristina Larizza Boswell, Bradley Allen Bowman, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Tyler Bruce Lanz, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, Thomas Elbridge Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Joshua Alexander Williams
Aryan Allen Barr, 46, was charged Jan. 30 with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl) within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and two counts of felon in possession of a firearm.
Robert McKenzie Cunningham, 36, was sentenced Jan. 30 to 120 hours jail, 18 months bench probation and $3,287.65 in restitution after pleading no contest to fourth-degree assault.
Charges against Darrel Eugene Eckerson, 41, were dismissed with prejudice on Jan. 29. Charges were: three counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Donald Ray Gamble, 70, was sentenced Jan. 29 to 16 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading guilty to criminal driving while suspended or revoked. In a separate case, he was charged Jan. 28 with criminal driving while suspended or revoked; bail was set at $5,000.
Esteban Scott Garcia, 29, was charged Feb. 3 with two counts of third-degree assault, aggravated driving while suspended, DUII (controlled substances or a combination of controlled substances and intoxicants) and reckless driving. Court documents indicate the defendant may have injured a person while driving under the influence, and he was convicted of DUII at least twice in 10 years.
Joshua Allen Geerhart, 36, was charged Feb. 3 with strangulation.
Kayla Ann Johnson, 32, was charged Jan. 30 with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl) within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, and unlawful delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school. Bail was set at $25,000.
Jerod Lloyd Norman, 40, was charged Jan. 29 with supplying contraband for making, obtaining or possessing contraband while confined in a correctional facility. Bail was set at $15,000.
