Arric Martinez Munoz, 34, was sentenced Jan. 3 to two days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 24 months bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to menacing. A charge of unlawful use of a weapon was dismissed.
Darwyn Dwayne Thomas Reimann, 24, was sentenced Dec. 19 to 30 days jail, 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision, and $300 in fines after pleading no contest to felon in possession of a firearm and recklessly endangering another person. A charge of improper use of an emergency reporting system was dismissed.
Charges of domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence fourth degree assault against Earl Dwayne Sullivan, 71, were dismissed without prejudice on Jan. 7.
Derris Jhonny-Ray Young, 25, was sentenced Jan. 3 to 10 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault.
