Circuit Court: Jan. 22, 2025

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Kristina Larizza Boswell, Bradley Allen Bowman, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Joshua Alexander Williams

 

Xavier Alexande Aguilar, 23, was charged Jan. 19, 2023, with four counts of first degree sexual abuse and two counts of first degree sodomy. The charges indicate allegations involving three females between 12 and 14 years old. He posted 10% of a $150,000 bail in January 2024. The case is still ongoing.

Travis Alexander Ayres, 24, was charged Jan. 13 with second degree assault, three counts of  fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving, second degree criminal mischief, third degree escape, failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and attempted assaulting a public safety officer. Bail was set at $150,000.

 

Kelly James Boatman, 48, was sentenced Jan. 10 to 720 hours jail and $400 in fines after pleading no contest to two counts of giving false information to a police officer, failure to report as a sex offender and failure to appear. Another count of giving false information and two more counts of failure to report were dismissed.

 

August Charles Borromeo, 46, was convicted Jan. 17 on a harassment charge after pleading no contest. His $100 fine was waived.

 

Bradley Allen Bowman, 28, was charged Jan. 14 with first degree theft. Charge alleges he stole merchandise from Harbor Freight Tools valuing $1,000 or more.

 

Andrew Alan Duncan, 43, was sentenced Jan. 8 to one year revocation of a driver’s license, 20 days jail, 18 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

 

Daniel Henry Johnson, 24, was sentenced Jan. 10 to five days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 12 months bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to hindering prosecution. A charge of tampering with physical evidence was dismissed.

 

Jerod Lloyd Norman, 40, was charged Jan. 14 with second degree murder and first degree abuse of a corpse. No bail was set.
