Warrants are out on the following individuals: Kristina Larizza Boswell, Bradley Allen Bowman, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Tyler Bruce Lanz, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, Thomas Elbridge Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Joshua Alexander Williams
Xavier Alexande Aguilar, 24, was sentenced Jan. 22 to 75 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 10 years (minus time served) post prison supervision after pleading no contest to three counts of first degree sexual abuse. A fourth count of first degree sexual abuse and two counts of sodomy were dismissed.
Nathan Michael Cobat, 34, was charged Jan. 21 with unlawful use of a weapon (firearm), resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $50,000.
Kelsey Nicole Ciullo, 37, was charged Jan. 24 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Nicholas Daniel Gaskey, 41, was charged Jan. 21 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Joshua Martin Hughes, 22, was sentenced Jan. 23 to three years suspension of a driver’s license, six months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude.
Caden Jason Scotty King, 27, was sentenced Jan. 24 to 10 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $729.47 in restitution after pleading guilty to first degree burglary and second degree theft. A charge of criminal trespass while in possession of a firearm was dismissed.
Tyler Bruce Lanz, 37, was charged Jan. 22 with a felony count of failure to appear.
A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle against Tamara Lorine Loop, 53, was dismissed with prejudice Jan. 10.
Chad Timothy Perreard, 40, was sentenced Jan. 24 to five years suspension of a driver’s license, 90 days jail, 19 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, three years post prison supervision and a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .14% BAC and third degree assault. Two additional counts of third degree assault were dismissed.
Yeriel Daniel Rosas Tenbusch, 18, was charged Jan. 21 with fleeing or attempting to elude, and reckless driving.
Casyah Taelour Thomas, 29, was charged Jan. 21 with second degree burglary. Bail was set at $15,000.
Julie Anne Thompson, 56, was sentenced Jan. 24 to 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unlawful use of a weapon. A menacing charge was dismissed.
Delbert Joe Tunnell II, 50, was sentenced Jan. 23 to five days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 24 months bench probation and $2,500 restitution after pleading no contest to first degree theft and computer crime. Another count of first degree theft and computer crime were dismissed.
Shantell Rene Watkins, 28, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .27% BAC.
