Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Noah David Colgrove, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Andrew James Freitag, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Issac Booker Justham, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Athena Lacie Noble, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi, Corey Alan Smith and Rhonda Sparks

Brittany Chantel Coughran, 33, was sentenced Dec. 29 to 20 days jail and 24 months bench probation based on a no contest plea to harassment. A charge of private indecency was dismissed.

Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 29, was sentenced Dec. 21 to 243 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and revocation of a driver’s license for 12 years and 6 months based on no-contest pleas for the following cases: third-degree robbery. A failure to appear charge was dismissed; first-degree forgery. Charges of identity theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to appear. A charge of possession of a stolen vehicle was dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude. Charges of third-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and criminal driving while suspended were dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed; fleeing or attempting to elude and unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed; six counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of giving false information was dismissed; unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of criminal driving while suspended or revoked and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged were dismissed; second-degree burglary. A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed; charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.

Athena Lacie Noble, 38, was charged Dec. 13 with identity theft.

Alexandra Marie Tevogt, 33, was sentenced Dec. 21 to suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 40 days jail, 24 months supervised probation and $1,701.75 in fines and restitution based on a no contest plea to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and first-degree criminal mischief. Additional charges of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
