Circuit Court: Jan. 8, 2025

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Kristina Larizza Boswell, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Emory Jordan Jamison, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Joshua Alexander Williams.

 

Tiffany Anne Burks, 44, was charged Jan. 6 with DUII (liquor), felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of hydrocodone.

 

Donald Ray Gamble, 70, was charged Jan. 3 with criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

 

Emory Jordan Jamison, 28, was charged Dec. 30 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and refusal to take a test for intoxicants.

 

Dennis Jones, 32, was charged Jan. 2 with first degree attempted burglary and second degree criminal trespass.

 

Courtney Lydon, 46, was sentenced Dec. 31 to 18 months bench probation after pleading no contest to attempt to commit a Class C/Unclassified Felony sexual assault of an animal.

 

Levi Allen Moles, 31, was charged Jan. 3 with resisting arrest, assaulting a public safety officer, attempted assaulting a public safety officer, and first degree bias crime. Court documents indicate the latter charge alleges Moles placed a male in fear of imminent serious physical injury because of his race, color, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.

 

McKenzie Emme Lee Putney, 21, was charged Dec. 26 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and second degree criminal mischief.

 

William David Stevens, 39, was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .10% BAC.

James Wyatt Underwood, 40, was charged Jan. 6 with unlawful use of a weapon, recklessly endangering another person, and resisting arrest.
