James Edward Brown, 57, was sentenced Jan. 10 to six months in the Oregon Department of Corrections, 36 months of post-prison supervision, and a $200 fine following a no contest plea for attempting to commit felony second degree assault. Charges dismissed: Failure to perform duties of driver to injured persons.
Jerry Lee Thompson II, 21, was sentenced Jan. 5 to one year and 180 days of license suspension, 72 months of probation, 12 days in custody of the Supervisory Authority, and a $1,255 fine following guilty pleas for driving under the influence and two counts of fourth degree assault. Charges dismissed: Reckless driving and failure to perform duties of driver to injured persons.
Angie Kay Cline, 49, was sentenced Dec. 29 to 15 days in custody of the Supervisory Authority and a $100 fine following a no contest plea for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
