Samuel Frank Ayers, 24, posted 10 percent of a $25,000 bail on July 6 related to charges of: failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, third-degree escape and felon in possession of a firearm.
Julianne Nicole Phillips, 28, was charged on July 6 with second-degree forgery, identity theft and second-degree theft.
Ariel Shanea Kaping, 28, was charged on July 8 with two counts of second-degree theft, two counts of second-degree forgery, and two counts of identity theft.
Albert Blaine Arthur Wilson, 18, pleaded no contest on July 15 to second-degree burglary. Charges of second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
A jury found Wilson guilty on two counts of first-degree sodomy, three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, and first-degree rape on July 8. Other charges of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree sexual abuse were dismissed. He was sentenced to incarceration for 100 months, and 20 years post-prison supervision minus time actually served.
Claudia Diane Hudson, 26, was charged on June 24 with resisting arrest, as well as aggravated harassment for propelling saliva at a peace officer. Bail was set at $1,000. She pleaded no contest to aggravated harassment on July 11, and the charge of resisting arrest was dismissed. Hudson was placed on supervised probation for 36 months.
