Warrants are out on the following individuals: Calvin Alvin Ames, Samuel Frank Ayers, Joshua Scott Dawson, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Ariel Shanea Kaping, Faron Walter Kennedy, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Paul Levi Shelton, Zachary Shane Stegner and Cameron Michael Wark.
Rhys Allan Cyrus, 43, was placed in the diversion program based on a no-contest plea to DUII with a blood alcohol content of .02%, recklessly endangering another person and fourth-degree assault.
Daniel Robert J. Diaz de Leon, 20, was charged June 12 with second-degree assault and four counts of unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $150,000.
David Eugene Picray, 73, was charged June 15 with unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree criminal mischief related to allegations of damaging Foster Elementary School with a weapon.
Daniel Austin Phillips, 48, was sentenced June 16 to 50 days jail and 36 months bench probation based on a no-contest plea to menacing and tampering with physical evidence. Charges of unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
Ryan Craig Schoonover, 20, was charged June 16 with strangulation constituting domestic violence and menacing constituting domestic violence.
Joseph Arthur Williams, 44, was charged June 12 with strangulation, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $50,000. On June 13 he was charged with recklessly endangering another person and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail set at $2,500.
