Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Curtis Ray Daniel, Joshua Scott Dawson, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Issac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Michael Allen Perry Jr., Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi and Zachary Shane Stegner.
Chase William Barnes, 23, was charged March 20 with third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Steven Dale Bergevin, 34, was charged March 8 with second-degree burglary and first-degree theft.
Graydon Daniel Chapman, 18, was charged March 3 with third-degree rape.
Aaron Bryce Clemmer, 43, was charged March 15 with felon in possession of a firearm.
The court approved the state’s motion to dismiss with prejudice charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence against Noah David Colgrove, 29, on March 22.
Tyler Wade Fincher, 24, was sentenced March 3 to 24 months bench probation, six days jail and a $100 fine based on a plea of no contest to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.
Rhonda Lucille Hodge, 54, was placed in the DUII diversion program March 15 following no-contest plea to DUII with a .12% BAC.
James J. Jones, 40, was sentenced March 13 to five days jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $100 fine based on a plea of no contest to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. Charges of strangulation and recklessly endangering another person were dismissed.
Kevin Christopher Lahoda, 24, was charged March 17 with third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Justin James Patton, 24, was charged March 8 with second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. The court allowed the State’s motion to dismiss without prejudice on March 24.
Derrek Leo Reynolds, 54, was charged March 23 with second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault. Bail was set at $250,000. Court documents indicate the defendant allegedly tried to murder Brian Clay Thompson and, in doing so, caused serious physical injury to him.
Corey Alan Smith, 58, was sentenced March 8 to 18 months bench probation, 15 days jail and $300 in fines based on a plea of no contest to failure to report as a sex offender, second-degree failure to appear and giving false information in connection with a citation/warrant.
Leanna Kaylynn Smith, 36, was charged March 22 with interfering with a peace officer, resisting arrest and assaulting a public safety officer (a felony). Bail was set at $25,000.
Jake James Sorrell, 26, was sentenced March 22 to 10 days jail and 18 months supervised probation based on a plea of no contest to second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.
Richard Gene Stephens, 52, was charged March 17 with felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of first-degree aggravated animal abuse for allegedly “intentionally and maliciously killing” a heeler and pitbull dog. Bail was set at $50,000.
Zachary Shane Stegner, 37, was charged March 7 with driving uninsured, failure to renew registration, driving while suspended and two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer (a felony).
Clifford Lawrence Stoner Jr., 50, was charged on Feb. 27 with resisting arrest; bail was set at $1,000.
He had been placed in the DUII diversion program in 2018 for a .22% BAC, but the court was notified Stoner did not complete the program.
Thus, the diversion program was terminated and he was sentenced to jail, probation and fines. He violated his probation terms and, on March 22, 2023, the court extended his probation terms until Feb. 2025 and sentenced him to jail for 10 days concurrent with related cases in this report.

Multiple warrants were issued throughout the past few years related to these cases and on Feb. 25, 2023, Stoner resisted arrest. He was sentenced March 22, 2023, to 30 days jail and a $100 fine based on a no contest plea.
Jacob Mitchell Thurber, 31, was charged March 16 with failure to report as a sex offender. Bail was set at $15,000. In a separate case, he was charged with third-degree robbery and second-degree theft. Bail was set at $15,000.
Heather Charmaine Tressel, 37, was charged March 6 with DUII.
