Austin Ryan Richards, 30, was sentenced Feb. 29 to 70 months in custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections, 36 months of post-prison supervision and a $400 fine following no contest pleas for second degree kidnapping and second degree robbery. Counts dismissed: Unauthorized use of a vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
