Warrants are out on the following individuals: Hope Marie Connors, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Faron Walter Kennedy, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Dustin Lee Taylor, Joshua Alexander Williams.
Curtis Ray Daniel, 50, was sentenced Nov. 4 to 30 days jail, 18 months supervised probation, and $3,000 in restitution after pleading no contest to first degree theft, and two counts of failure to appear. Additional charges of failure to appear and first degree failure to appear were dismissed.
Michael David DeChellis, 57, pleaded guilty to five counts of first degree aggravated theft, receiving a sentence of 30 days in jail, 78 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, and 24 months post-prison supervision. A judgment of restitution paid to victims is yet to come. Four additional counts of first degree aggravated theft, as well as 10 counts of first degree theft were dismissed.
Caroline Regina Pearson, 33, was sentenced Oct. 25 to 52 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, placement in a drug or alcohol treatment program, 36 months post-prison supervision, and a $500 fine after pleading guilty to delivery of methamphetamine commercial drug offense, and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance in Schedule II commercial drug offense. Charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and a second count of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance in Schedule II were dismissed.
Timothy Wade Shockey, 44, pleaded guilty to DUII (liquor, .14% BAC) and third degree assault, and was sentenced to 38 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, suspension of a driver’s license for one year, five years post-prison supervision, 60 months bench probation and a $1,500 fine. Charges of reckless driving, first degree animal abuse, operating a vehicle without driving privileges, and driving uninsured were dismissed.
Kenneth Todd Smalley, 44, was sentenced Nov. 1 to suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 120 hours jail, 18 months bench probation, and a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to DUII (controlled substances). A charge of refusal to take a test for intoxicants was dismissed.
Jacob James Swanson, 24, was charged Nov. 6 with DUII (liquor) and fourth degree assault.
Julie Anne Thompson, 56, was charged Nov. 6 with unlawful use of a weapon and menacing.
