Warrants are out on the following individuals: Hope Marie Connors, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Faron Walter Kennedy, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Eric Wayne Steadman, Dustin Lee Taylor, Joshua Alexander Williams.
Jason Aaron Burr, 41, was sentenced Nov. 13 to 120 hours jail, 12 months bench probation, and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to telephonic harassment.
Robert Michael Butterfield, 36, was charged Nov. 8 with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and failure to report as a sex offender.
Andrew Alan Duncan, 43, was charged Nov. 18 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $20,000.
A first degree theft charge against William Henry King Jr., 45, was deferred as he was placed in the drug court diversion program.
Richard Dean Raisor, 48, was charged Nov. 15 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Dale Jesse Grant Reeley, 35, was sentenced Nov. 8 to 75 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 10 years post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to two counts of first degree sexual abuse. Two counts of third degree sexual abuse and a charge of first degree unlawful sexual penetration were dismissed. The charges involve two females who were deemed mentally incapacitated or physically helpless.
In a separate case, he was sentenced to 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to attempt to commit a Class B felony – first degree sexual abuse.
