Warrants are out on the following individuals: Hope Marie Connors, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Faron Walter Kennedy, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Eric Wayne Steadman, Dustin Lee Taylor, Joshua Alexander Williams.
Danny Oren Foote Sr., 83, was charged Nov. 18 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Brandon Ryan Freeman, 30, was sentenced Nov. 18 to 15 days jail, 18 supervised probation, and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault and failure to appear.
Jasmine Nichoel Magdaleno, 43, was sentenced Nov. 15 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, 10 days jail, 18 months supervised probation, and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Charges of reckless driving, second degree criminal trespassing, and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged were dismissed.
Jeromy Lewis Matlock, 39, was sentenced Nov. 22 to 28 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision, and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to first degree aggravated theft. Charges of second degree burglary and first degree criminal mischief were dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 40 days jail, 36 months supervised probation, and $800 in fines after pleading no contest to four counts of first degree theft. Dismissed charges are: first degree burglary, two counts of first degree theft, unlawful possession of a marijuana item, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Nathan Merle Maze, 46, was charged Nov. 25 with three domestic violence violations: fourth degree assault, strangulation and menacing.
Benjamin Moore, 41, was sentenced Nov. 20 to 240 hours jail, 24 months bench probation, and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to harassment. A charge of fourth degree assault was dismissed.
Donald Glenn Rodgers, 60, was sentenced Nov. 14 to nine months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to failure to report as a sex offender.
Jeremy Grant Saulmon, 45, was sentenced Nov. 22 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 240 hours jail, 36 months bench probation, and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .11% BAC.
William David Stevens, 39, was charged Nov. 20 with DUII (liquor).
Antom Eric Strom, 38, was acquitted of 17 counts of first degree sexual abuse on Nov. 20 following a two-day jury trial.
Earl Dwayne Sullivan, 71, was charged Nov. 20 with domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence fourth degree assault.
