Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Andrew James Frei-tag, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Bryce Taylor Keenon, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi, Zachary Shane Stegner, Jordan Nicole Swanson
Jock Eugene Edwards, 33, was sentenced Oct. 4 to 36 months probation and 50 days in jail based on a no-contest plea for attempting to commit a Class A felony – first-degree assault. A charge of unlawful use of a weapon was dismissed. His charge is in relation to the stabbing of 18-year-old William David Salyer-Bowen at Sankey Park on Aug. 21.
Christofer Robert Ennis, 31, was charged Sept. 20 with DUII on a .10% BAC and reckless driving. The court allowed Ennis to enter the diversion program and dismiss the reckless driving charge.
Katelyn Jo Horn, 34, was sentenced Sept. 30 to 12 months bench probation and a $100 fine based on a guilty plea of attempting to commit a Class C/unclassified felony – first-degree theft for stealing lumber from Kokanee Wood Products.
Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 29, was charged on Sept. 26 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $2,500. He was charged on Oct. 6 in four separate cases with: unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal driving while suspended or revoked; fleeing, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, unauthorized use of a vehicle; six counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, giving false information; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, and failure to perform the duties of driver when property is damaged. All the UUV charges involve different cars and motorcycles on different dates.
Kylee Clay Norberg, 31, was charged Sept. 21 with felon in possession of a firearm and failure to report as a sex offender.
Tessa Marie Pimentel, 23, was sentenced Sept. 23 to 36 months probation and a $200 fine based on a no-contest plea to fourth-degree assault. A charge of second-degree assault was dismissed.
Nathaniel Joseph Wolfe Warren, 43, was charged Sept. 24 with DUII on a .17% BAC. The court allowed Warren to enter the diversion program.
Dustin Kyle Westling, 35, was sentenced Sept. 20 to 28 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 36 months post-prison supervision, $300 in fines and a charge to report as a sex offender based on a no-contest plea to unlawful contact with a child and third-degree sex abuse. Charges of harassment, third-degree sex abuse and attempting to commit a Class A misdemeanor were dismissed.
