Levi Spence Loewen, was charged Sept. 13 with operating a boat while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled substance.
Mikeal Gerald Patrick Strawn, was sentenced Sept. 6 to 36 months of bench probation, five days confined to the Supervisory Authority and a $2,000 fine following guilty pleas on charges for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Charges dismissed: criminal driving while suspended.
