Clay A. Parker, 78, died Sept. 1 in Mt. Angel.
He was born Jan. 26, 1934 in Wright City, Okla. He worked for many years pulling green chain for Clear Lumber. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Mr. Parker is survived by his children, Debbie Green of Sweet Home and Tim Parker of Pittsburg, Calif.; brother R.A. Parker of Stayton; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
No services will be held. North Santiam Funeral Service is handling the arrangements.
