The Sweet Home Planning Commission approved in concept a plan to change Duck Hollow from a manufactured home park to a subdivision Monday night at its regular meeting.
The Planning Commission held a preliminary review of a planned unit development for the project. The commission gave its approval through consensus and will hold a public hearing on the planned unit development and subdivision applications in February.
