At their June 9 meeting, Linn County Commissioners Roger Nyquist, Sherrie Sprenger and Will Tucker approved a contract for $2,441,679.20 with Legacy Contracting of Stayton for the Cox Creek (Waverly) Drive Bridge Project in Millersburg.
The project will be administered by the Linn County Road Department and is scheduled to start on June 15. Some 89.73% of the cost will be funded through ODOT’s Local Agency Certification Program…
