Linn County issued 309 residential and commercial permits in July, Planning and Building Director Steve Wills told the Board of Commissioners during its Aug. 13 meeting.
Wills said 74 of those permits required a plan review.
There were 40 permits for dwellings, four single-family units; seven manufactured homes and 22 permits for dwelling alterations.
There were seven commercial permits issued.
Wills said 13 new code enforcement cases were opened and 24 cases were closed.
