On a 2-1 vote at their July 28 meeting, the Linn County Board of Commissioners approved sending a letter to the Oregon Department of Energy opposing the Muddy Creek Energy Park project.
Commissioners Roger Nyquist and Sherrie Sprenger approved the letter and Commissioner Will Tucker opposed it.
