The Sweet Home Community Foundation invites participants in charitable activities to be its guests at is kick-off dessert for its annual grant cycle from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 30 at the Sweet Home Community Center.
The program will include former grant recipients, information on how to apply for funds for local projects and the foundations “Vision of the Future” for the Foundation and the community.
The goal of the Sweet Home Community Foundation is to provide funding to a wide variety of projects and activities that support lasting improvements to the Sweet Home community.
The grant application period opens Dec. 1 and closes on Jan. 14. Applications will be available beginning on Dec. 1 at Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce and on the web at http://www.sweethomeoregon.org. For more information and to RSVP, persons may call Tracii Hickman at 367-2249.
