Voting for her were Bob McIntire, Jim Gourley, Jim Bean, Tim McQueary, Dick Hill and Mayor Craig Fentiman.
Applications were also received from Greg Stephens, Pamela Hoffine, Christopher Winter and Nancy Patton.

Thompson was reappointed to the All-Hazard Mitigation Committee. He is the only member, and the committee has two vacancies.
The council reappointed Steve Hanscam to the Traffic Safety Committee. Patton also was appointed to the committee.
They will serve two-year terms. One position remains vacant.
The City Council denied a motion to reappoint Lawrence to the Traffic Safety Committee. Bean, Rowley and McIntire voted to reappoint her. Fentiman, McQueary, Gourley and Hill voted not to reappoint her.
