The Sweet Home City Council gave City Manager Craig Martin a positive annual evaluation during an executive session held July 22.
“Most of the marks fell between good and excellent,” Mayor Craig Fentiman said.
In some areas, councilors marked “no observation” when they had no basis for making an assessment.
