The Sweet Home City Council on Tuesday evening, Jan. 10, voted to prohibit marijuana facilities within 100 feet of residential zones.
The prohibition will take effect if the council adopts an ordinance during a special meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, in the City Council chamber, inside the City Hall Annex, located behind City Hall, 1140 12th Ave.
