In response to an inquiry, the Sweet Home City Council said it would consider offers of at least $275,000 for the former rodeo grounds, located on 49th Avenue between Highway 20 and Maple Drive.
The council held a public hearing on the sale of the 11.02-acre parcel of vacant land during its regular meeting on Oct. 8.
