Cara Louise Furtwangler and Joshua David Miller were married July 13 at Lebanon Mennonite Church with Pastor Jack Higgins officiating.
The couple’s parents are Dave and Shari Furtwangler of Lebanon and Mark and Laurie Miller of Albany.
Cara wore a white, strapless A-line gown with a flower appliqué, a pearl-rhinestone headpiece and her late aunt’s three-tiered lace-edged veil. She carried a bouquet of blue hydrangeas surrounded by daisies and seeded eucalyptus.
Amanda Blakley served as matron of honor. Rachael Miller, sister of the groom, and Meeka Ness were the bridesmaids. Another sister of the groom, Shailynn Miller, was the flowergirl. Brother of the groom, Steven Miller, was the ringbearer.
Kurt Powell was the best man. The bride’s brother, Brett Furtwangler and Sean Haselden were the groomsmen.
Cara, a graduate of East Linn Christian Academy, is a student at Oregon State University and an employee of Target. Her husband, also an ELCA graduate and OSU student, works for Hewlett-Packard.
The Millers took a wedding trip to the San Juan Islands and are living in Corvallis.
